Green Mansions Jungle Resort

An excellent hotel for jungle safari in Chitwan. Nicely located near the lake of hanging bridge and elephant breeding station. The hotel is designed to be echo friendly with nice lodges. It serve B/L and dinner. The restaurant is awesomely decorated.. The staff is friendly and very customer oriented. The chef is good at creating different vegetable dishes. All three meals are well organized and well served. We appreciate the chef very much for making halal dishes for both lunch and dinner especially for us, though I liked their vege menu. We enjoyed our two nights package that included the jungle walk, jeep safari and cultural show.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Green Mansions Jungle Resort. The ambience of the room was unmistakably serene, with a flow that felt deeply connected to nature. The space was sparkling clean, and I loved how the furniture and decorations incorporated local materials, telling a story that ties the room back to the roots of the town. It felt authentic, personal, and so peaceful. Waking up here was a dream - surrounded by the sounds of chirping birds and the calm of the jungle, it truly felt like being in a little pocket of paradise. The grounds are beautifully maintained, filled with lush plants that make the entire resort feel vibrant and alive. What’s interesting is they also seem to offer some respite from the heat, and the temperature difference is immediately noticeable the moment you step onto the grounds. The staff were exceptionally hospitable - always warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their service really made the stay feel special. The food was also immaculate - delicious, fresh, and of a very high standard, perfectly suited for international guests while retaining local charm. Another highlight was the jungle safari organized directly through the hotel. Their guides are outstanding - especially Dev, who was not only deeply knowledgeable about every animal we encountered but also had an incredible ability to spot them instantly. Thanks to him, I witnessed rare and magical moments, including seeing at least three rhinos, one of which was swimming and blowing bubbles in the water. Compared to other safari jeeps I noticed along the way, the Green Mansions experience felt truly elevated - operating at another level entirely. What makes this resort especially unique is how it balances the ease and comfort of modern amenities with opportunities to immerse yourself in the cultural essence of the area with the additional services they provide. Overall, Green Mansions Jungle Resort is a peaceful haven that combines authenticity, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences. Without question, one of the best stays I’ve had in Nepal - I’d return in a heartbeat. Would strongly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Green Mansions! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the gardens and pool are just beautiful — such a peaceful spot surrounded by nature. But honestly, what made this place really special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. They were constantly checking in and were just lovely to be around — it really felt like they cared. The food was great too, and we also got to enjoy a traditional stick dance performance one evening, which was fun and very lively. We also had an amazing naturalist guide for our jungle tour — he was super knowledgeable and made the walk really interesting. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chitwan!

We had such an enjoyable experience at Green Mansions Jungle Resort. The grounds were calm, beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were so attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make sure we had a successful wildlife sighting experience. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable stay. Loved our stay at Green Mansions Jungle Resort. From checkin to checkout. Cool towels and refreshing drinkbon arrival. We had a beautiful room that was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great air-conditioning, shower, swimming pool and beautiful gardens & surroundings. Staff were always willing to help and very friendly. Very tasty food, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Enjoyed the canoe ride to see crocodiles & bird life. Loved the jungle walk & jeep tour. So excited to witness rhinos, deer, boar, monkeys, elephants in their wild habitat.

We enjoyed the stay with the hotel food is amazing and staff is equally helpful. Also our Guide Mr. Devraj Choudhary was very keen at explaining everything and also he spotted for us roughly 10 Rhinos and many more other wildlife Rooms are cozy too
